Accidents at work
With Compensation claims 4u you can make a no win no fee compensation claim
If you have become injured through a work related accident, or have suffered from an illness caused by your job you may fear that making a claim will result in you losing your job or becoming victimised.
Accidents in the workplace happen on a regular basis and employers have insurance to cover any compensation claims from employees who have been injured whilst working. The insurance company of the employer will handle the case and there are employment laws to protect you from any victimisation that you may fear.
It is the legal responsibility of your employer to ensure that your workplace is safe and secure, your co workers are competent, materials and equipment are adequate, staff are trained to the relevant level, and the workplace operates a safe system of work with correct supervision. If your personal injury was caused by faulty machinery/equipment that was supplied by another company it is still your employer who is responsible for your safety.
Claiming compensation following an accident at work
Providing that the accident at work was not your fault, you are entitled to compensation for the pain and suffering that you've endured.
Even if the accident was caused by the actions/negligence of a co worker your employer is usually still liable (assault being one of the exceptions).
Your personal injury may result in your employment being terminated, or may leave you unable to work. Compensation Claims 4u can help you claim the necessary damages in such an event, awards in these cases often being substantial.
